How can I improve on my photography?

Question

Here are four of my photos. I know you kind of need more to judge, but out of these four how would you rate me and how can I improve?

I'm a beginner so if you don't think they're anything special, that's why. =) (But I personally really like them)

I liked them all too, as with the first person, I agree that the second is the strongest, but if there was a little bug sitting somewhere on the first it would blow the second away.

The second is real nice, however if the flower was a little smaller in the frame and a little off center it would be a better shot. I do however love the softness.

The third is weak, it's easy to desaturate certain colors to make that effect and the while the ear is pink, the muzzle is white. That is a sign of bad lighting.

The fourth is run of the mill and nothing special, once again to make that shot better, it needs to have more content off center.

The first two images are nice.  The second is your strongest.  The third is out of focus.  The four would be nice in the grass verses on the blanket.

i liked the first  one the best, to me is was focused and had great colour..umm the second was is good too, i dont know if im a huge fan of the blurriness around the flower though.

The other two i dont really like, the 3rd seems blurry/out of focus, and i dont really think its anything special.

the last one make me laugh though:P

work on rule of thirds, and angles. Good luck and keep practising:)
