How can I improve the following site?

I have the following site that has some google ads in it, I want to motivate people to come to my site and click on these ads. How can I enhance it in terms of design, i.e. I would like people to come looking for info and while there, they may click on some ads or use the search?

well for one, dont use Flash as your main site.. only use flash for animation.. and thats all! Not everyone uses flash, especially on a mobile device. And the ads should be at the bottom of a page.. but this seems like a corporate website.. It shouldn't have ads at all.

first, lose  the flash, too slow to load and adds nothing to the design or functionality.

then find sites similar in functionality to what you want and use them as a template(don't copy exactly!) for your site.

Colourize the adds to match the theme.

there is a bit of empty space on the right side, Get rid of that.

Every thing else it perfect, it Suits the word "pediatics".
