How can I improve the quality of my camera phone pictures?

Ok, here's the deal. I have a picture on my phone that's around 1 to 3 Megapixels, which I obviously took using the camera on my phone. Unfortunately, the quality of the picture is sort-of blurry and I don't know how to improve the quality of the picture, assuming that's even possible.

With that being said, what do you suggest me to do? Are there any programs I should download in order to help me resolve this problem? Are there any other alternative options to consider that will help me out? All logical answers would truly be appreciated. If you need more information, let me know. Thanks.

The only things I can recommend is check the options in the phone and see if you can set the resolution to something different.

Also, take pictures in good light, or sun light.

Or else put on the flash.

Make sure you hold the camera very still, as well.

next time use the sun light it work much better.
