I plan on taking the actual SAT in October and I am looking to increase my SAT scores to a minimum of 550-650 each. How can I improve my SAT score?

  1. buy a book and just keep taking practice tests. thats what i did. some books lay out the patterns of particular problems so you can remember the strategy for similar problems, especially in math. if this is only your first time taking them, dont worry, your scores will probably increase the next time just because you have a better idea of what you are doing. if you really feel like you need it, a private tutor could be helpful. i went to a tutor once a week and took lots of practice tests and my scores increased significantly. good luck =]
