Well, my logic is: If you are skinny and you work out, you'll look skinnier even with lots of muscle (like Bruce Lee). Ok, lets say if my logic is right, how can I gain more volume in my body so I can work out without worrying about being look like skinnier? I eat a lot, but it doesn't help, should I take protein shakes that they sell in GNC? Thanks

  1. Your logic is completely wrong. The reason that bruce lee looked small was because he had low fat and not all that much muscle mass. You don't need pre-existing fat to "make" into muscle. Fat does not turn into muscle or vice-versa. Simply eat a lot and lift weights, you will gain muscle and some fat, which you can reduce later.

  2. Muscle is not made from fat or from "body volume" as you say. Muscles grow in response to stress put on them from working out. So lift weights and eat well and your muscle will build. Protein shakes are good if you have the money, but aren't necessary. Check out http://rippedmuscle.blogspot.com
