Okay well I have my last track meet in four days. I have a pulled muscle, but I need to get faster and run longer. I run the 800 and the mile, so i need to get faster and have endurance.So can anyone give me any ounce of advice.I know I can't get fast that quickly, but I am so desperate.Also can my pulled muscle get better even though I'm still running at practice? I've been putting Icy hot cream on it.
