How can I increase my speed and endurance for a track meet in four days?

Okay well I have my last track meet in four days. I have a pulled muscle, but I need to get faster and run longer. I run the 800 and the mile, so i need to get faster and have endurance.So can anyone give me any ounce of advice.I know I can't get fast that quickly, but I am so desperate.Also can my pulled muscle get better even though I'm still running at practice? I've been putting Icy hot cream on it.

  1. You can't at this late in the game. But, Ice your muscle, you don't want to over work it. Stretch it and keep the workouts small. Don't push to hard. Good Luck!
