How can I get bigger b***s without using birth control , surgery, or stuffing my bra. I am a size 34 and I would like to at least reach a B cup in a 1- 3 months please help and I dont want to do this because I want to become a totaly perve or s**t. But I wanna get bigger b***s. I wonder why their not growing anymore and I wanna know whether its because I am a late developer or something or is it just that I stopped growing. I really need help.

Other than surgery (for which I suspect you are too young), there is nothing to do but wait and see.

Gentics have a great deal to do with boob size.

The only way to actually increase the size of the b*****s is usually to gain weight (fat deposition).   I don't however recommend this, because the rest of your body will increase in size too.  

Be content with what you have for now.  As you get older you will fill out more.
