How can I install MacroMedia Flash ? ?

It's adobe flash now, and I'm not sure if you're referring to the player or the animation software.

If you're talking about flash player, go here (this should automatically detect your browser)

If you talking about the animation software, go here

and click adobe CS3 trial.  I think they are just double click installers.

Just go to Macromedia's website and click on install now.

Then go to a site like Youtube, and if you don't have Flash Player, it will tell you to install it and give you a link to Macromedia's website. If the videos on Youtube work, you are all set.
