How can I iron a crease in the front of my work trousers?

What I mean is that whenever I iron my black work trousers, I cannot get a nice straight crease down the front of the leg.

The old Navy way, with bell bottoms and all of that, was to fold them correctly and put them under your mattress

I wear a black uniform and always take my trousers to a 'tailors' to have the creases stitched in. cost £10

time saved ironing  ................. ?

erm maybe with a iron, just a guess but that is what i would go with!

With an iron! or go to the dry cleaners who can put a permanent crease in
