How can I join UIA(Union Internationale des Architects)?

I visited the website of UIA. And I tried to find out how I can join UIA (Interantional union of architects). But I couldn't find out.

Is there any requirements of joining UIA?

I think many architects over the world know this well...

But people around me don't know at all about this.-_-:::
