Im Egyptian girl studying American and English literature and wants to complete my studies in the states ...so I want someone to help me to get a chance to join a university .. or telling me what should I do to get a chance there...

contact american universities. They have departments who's only job is to help students like you study in america. Smaller schools will be especially helpful because they have the time and they do not have the same amount of request like famous universties like harvard.
