  2. your fiancee needs to apply for visa fiance visa from the US

How Do I Bring My Fiancé(e) to the United States?

    Background

If your fiancé(e) is not a citizen of the United States and you plan to get married in the United States, then you must file a petition with USCIS on behalf of your fiancé(e). After the petition is approved, your fiancé(e) must obtain a visa issued at a U.S. Embassy or consulate abroad. The marriage must take place within 90 days of your fiancé(e) entering the United States. If the marriage does not take place within 90 days or your fiancé(e) marries someone other than you (the U.S. citizen filing USCIS Form I-129F - Petition for Alien Fiancé), your fiancé(e) will be required to leave the United States. Until the marriage takes place, your fiancé(e) is considered a nonimmigrant. A nonimmigrant is a foreign national seeking to temporarily enter the United States for a specific purpose. A fiancé(e) may not obtain an extension of the 90-day original nonimmigrant admission.

  8. i want to know tht where u r right now.even if where ever u r,u need to get visa from US immigration department.there is different kind of visas.there is two options 4 u to get visa.1.u have to file on ur own in ur country, where ever it is,in American consulate.US providing lottery visa for some countries,if u r in one of that country,u can apply 4 that n get lucky.ur all expense will be free to get here, including flight ticket. And,u can file for getting visiting visa, student visa, business visa, tourist visa.visiting visa ,u can stay only six months in US n u can apply for another six month later on.You have to be eligible for getting all these visas. For student visa you should contact with one of the university, where you are interested in study,in the US.the duration of students visa is depends upon how long you going to study in US.If he can file for you, that will be better i think.he need to have  permanent resident card(green card) or citizenship for doing that at least.u can get more information from www.uscis.com.good luck
