Does it really give you an international license?

Does that international license it gives work for all countries?

How much is it to join?

  1. No they dont. But when u get a license it works for all countries well it works for the Uk for me..

  2. I don't think that they accept new memberships, but anyone can go there with a valid driving license and get an international one that workd for all countries.

  3. you can go to the Club in Tahrir close to Kasr El Nil Cinema .

there is a window on the right .

apply for an international licence , and give them the documents needed .

go the following day to get the licence .

you dont have to be a member of the Club.

note : if you happen to go upstairs to the roof garden , you will be surprised at the cream of the society up there !

it is the most elegant and choosy Club in the country !

so, a membership isnt demanded to get the licence !

  4. you have to have a car ... i think ...

  5. Fel Fel. Joining "Nady Elsayarat" has nothing to do with getting International License (IDD). You can get a license without joining the club.

From memory, you need your Egyptian License and your passport and some personal photos (and money of course).

You apply in Nady Elsayarat, but then you need some funny stamp from Traffic authority, then you go back and receive your license from Nady Elsayarat. It is one day job quite straightforward, but I have no idea why do I have to go from Tahrir to Rab3a El3adaweya to stamp and sign the papers then back to Tahrir !!!

The license is valid in most countries, list of countries here

I don't remember exactly the cost , but from memory again it was around the LE 100 +/-.
