  1. PLYOMETIRCS!!! 1 hour full excersice dont miss anything

my vertical incresed by 3 feet in like 3 weeks no LIE!!

buy weight rings for u'r legs and do jump ropping and when u dont have weight u go way up, i'm saying this from experience u'r legs might feel stiff at timez though, btw ggimme best answer n 10 points

  2. fill a backpack with some weight. when you practice your jumps, practice long and hard with the backpack on. that way, when u take it off, your body will instinctively push harder.

  3. Buy jumpsoles! they gurantee to add 5-13 inches to your vertical! I bought a pair but i've only had time to use them once because of a severe ankle sprain lol.

  4. You'll get the best results if you strengthen your weak areas. If you can squat a lot then do power lifts and plyometrics. Otherwise, work on getting your squat up to 1.5 times our bodyweight and keep the plyometrics light. Read this explanation... http://offto.net/jumpjump/

  5. squatts, jump-roping, leg lifts with dumbells, and many plyometric excersizes. Climbing stairs helps too.
