  1. There are fake owls and snakes you can buy to put in the tree to help keep the birds out. I have also seen people hang aluminum pie pans in the trees to help scare away the birds.


  2. there are certain chemicals that you can spray that will keep them away, and then when you pick them off your tree you can wash them off.

  3. Some people put plastic  owls in the tree, or hang tin pie pans that swing back and forth and  may scare the birds.  Honestly though a netting that goes over trees would probably work best if it isn't a huge tree.  These can be purchased from catalogs and garden centers.

  5. I recommend a green house, it allows light and stops birds.
