Rather hard outside, and might be easier inside. In a simple case of lice: boil water, pour into container, add pack of tobacco, let seep and spray the juice over the plants after sundown. Don't know if it works with other bugs. (Thinking about the toxicity of nicotine there's a good chance it will.)

Try making the plant unreachable with netting or water filled ditches. Be creative.

Be careful with heavy chemical stuff. You can figure out why.

Spray a mild dishwashing soap solution on plants to keep the bugs off

bought this great organic bug spray, for our small garden it wasn't that much out at lowes.  It works great.
