How can I keep my eyeliner from coming off during the day?

I put my eyeliner on the "waterline" of my eyes (AKA The pink part in the bottom right before my lashline) but by the time lunch rolls around (Im a junior in highschool so school starts at 7:40 and lunch starts at about 11:28 ish) or even sooner it all reas off into the corner of my eyes, sometimes my eyes get watery but even when they dont it still comes off, is their any specific pancil/crayon (i only use the liquid on top) liner i can use to stop this?

omg same! almay black brown works just lay it on heavy to make it look black because the black comes off.

I have the exact same problem, and i even do the liquid on top! haha, but i switched to the almay eyeliner, its not the pencil, its the type that you twist! it works great a lasts awhile! its at walmart for like 6 bucks =D

I have this problem too, especially since I have super watery eyes. I've tried a bunch of times with different eyeliners, even setting them in with powder, but it still just smudges away. I guess what you'll need to do is go get a waterproof liner, and try a smudge pot/gel. Those tend to work best.
