I use Senegence liner, it Doesn't move!!!!

dont put it on the inside of your lid

its very bad for ur eyes to do that anyway so it will be a good thing

or get a different liner

first, make sure the eyeliner u r using is ophthalmologically tested, that says that at least it wont harm ur eyes if it gets in. but the answer is, yep, ur gonna have to put it on the lash line rather than the inner water line/ eyelid. and it stays on for longer of the outside. and make sure u havnt loaded ur eyes with eyeliner. that could be the problem too. have a star :)

Try putting it on the lashline instead of the waterline if it's really that bad.

When I wear contacts however I have no problem, I use Urban Decay 24/7  Glide-On Eye Pencils.

They are waterproof and smudgeproof so they don't really budge =] x

use a liquid eye liner once its dry it should stay there and not go onto your contact lenses.personally i cant get on with them as my hand is too shaky.i hope this will be of some help.
