How can I keep my girls safe?

MY EX-WIFE TO BE HAS MET MEN AT THE BAR THAT ARE EXCONS THEY HAVE STARTED STALKING HER. MY TWO GIRLS 10YRS. AND 8 YRS. I FEEL THAT THEY ARE IN DANGER FROM THEIR MOTHERS IRRESPONSIBILITIES AS A PARENT. IS THERE ANY WAY POSSIBLE FOR ME TO GET MY KIDS OUT OF THAT SITUATION?

You need to a lawyer, talk to him see what options you have.

Sounds like the ex wife is going a little overboard with her new freedom.

Hopefully you can get phyical custody of your girls!

Don't try to talk with the friend of the court they are always pro mother....Good luck with this, i hope it works out for you and your girls!

You could try having a talk with your ex-wife and letting her know that while it's her right to date and meet new people, having young children at home should play a big part in whom she spends her time with. If these men are really stalking her, encourage a restraining order. If her irresponsibilities include other dangerous acts and you can support your children, try to get custody.

Your only option is to go to Court and seek Primary Custody, You will need PROOF that she is leading a lifestyle that is a danger to your children. Keep adaily journal documenting anything and everything regarding your kids, your ex and actions you feel are wrong. It wouldn't hurt to carry a voice activated recorder anytime you are around her, put a digital recording device on your phone, copy all E-Mails and correspondence. One or two incidents will not convince a Judge, there must be a pattern of bad choioces over a period of time. It would be wise to consult with a Family Attorney.

You need to get a lawyer. I would try to clamly talk to her and ask heer if the girls can stay with you until she gets all this straightened out.
