  1. try drying it with a towel and putting musse on it really fast

  2. if you scrunch it, it will look wet but it wont be. it will become hard tho. the way i scrunch it is i take a shower and then i dry it a little but not too much and then i take some mousse,i use garnier, and then take a handful of hair and scrunch it. i also hairspray it with the garnier hairspray to lock it all in.

  3. You have to put mousse in before you dry it. And use some product too, that's what I do.

And I live in Canada, try doing that in winter with wet hair.

  4. try using a hair dryer with a diffuser... make sure you put it at a low heat and take your time drying

im assuming you use some sort of product like mousse and that works for me mostly. i live in michigan so i've got the winter issue too.

  5. I live in New York as well and I like to wear my hair curly with a wet kinda look without it looking wet .. the thing that i do is when i get out of the shower i wrap my hair in a towel and let the extra water soak in .. i brush it with a comb and use the GOT2B hair products they work good that and their hair gel to give it a wet look and scrunch it if its still a little wet blow dry it a tiny bit for a second on the ends but no to much and ta da there you go
