Every time I make fresh blueberry muffins, they taste great ... the only problem is I lose half of the muffin because it is stuck to the paper liner. Is there some secret to keep them from sticking? Or should I just forgo the muffin cups and buy an expensive muffin pan? Help!

  1. spray a little "Pam" in the cups.

  2. when you take the muffin pan out of the oven place it on a wet kitchen towel for a couple of minutes.

  3. You could try silicone liners.

I douse mine with PAM (or rather off brand cooking spray)

  4. Use silicone cups or spray Pam.

  5. try the aluminum liners, instead of the paper ones. They might stick less, & you can also spray them w/ Pam . BTW, Pam has a spray made especially for baking; it works really well!

  6. you don't need to buy an expensive pan or that silicone stuff.

all you need to do, is to put a piece of baking paper into the pan you are baking the muffins in , and grease it with a lot of butter.

  7. I agree with the other answer here.  The silicone cups peel away without sticking, especially if you run a little spray oil over them before baking.

    Good luck
