  1. organization and delegation.  maybe take a friday of and have a threee day weekend to dedicate to your hobby.  I love scrapbooking, so I usually do it in the evening or on weekends when I don't have work... but please try to keep work first, ahead of your hobby, it might cause problems the other way around!
