  1. As far as I know, you can't.

I have had people steal graphics, websites and more and there was never anything REAL I could do to them that worked. So unless you want to take that chance you might want to keep them to yourself.

  2. You can't stop people from copying your stuff. All you can do is to (copy right )you works. People can still copy your work, but if they try to sell it ,you can take then to court, an get any money's they made and more, for infringing on you copy right. Some of the company are so up tight, they will come after you ,if you only make a couple of bucks off of there copy righted stuff. The NFL and Disney will put you in jail in a heart beat.

  3. try this site:

    http://www.hypergurl.com/norightclick.ht...

it has the script for right-click disabled code a javascript click disabled code.

When I had a website with poems, I use to make the text into an image (photoshop - copy - paste - save) and put the right-click disable code on the website so no one could steal the image.

Keep in mind, they could still type the text out by hand...but it'd be a lot more work.

  4. I'm afraid there is no way to completely protect yourself from anyone determined enough to exploit your works unless you actually copyright your material.

I will have to say however, that if your poems are as poor as your grammar and spelling, that nobody would be interested anyway.

Sorry, but sometimes the truth hurts.

    Edit:

I do wish you the best of luck with your poetry.

I get a bit cranky at times, and I make my mistakes also.

I just try to make as few as possible, and use spell check, otherwise many of my comments would be rather poor also.

  5. umm yea it's tough. no matter what you do to the poem on your webpage, a person could still just write it out by hand. my advice is to copyright it. so at least the person can't get rich and famous off of your work.

  6. If you post something to the internet.. it will be copied eventually by someone. It is just the way it is.

The answerer above has given you the java script to deactivate right click on a webpage.. Yahoo does not allow any java script to be used in our blogs.. Html only.

Even if you could disable the right click option.. people can still take screen prints and copy it that way to their computer.

To keep it only your property with no risk of copyright infringements.. you would have to set your blog to a ONLY ME privacy setting.. and then no one could read it and well what is the point of posting if you do that?
