How can I kill or rid my yard of scorpions?

I heard there was a granular nontoxic product you can use. Or I heard just eliminate the food source. Please let me know.

cypermethrin (Demon®);

lambda-cyhalothrin (Demand CS®);

deltamethrin (Suspend®);

propoxur (Baygon®);

diazinon;

chlorpyrifos (Dursban®);

malathion;

synergized pyrethrins.
