How can I know my friend's friend's status without adding him?

On facebook, I have a friend, but I wanna know one of his friends' status, to see if he ever logged onto facebook or not. How can I do that?

He/she is your friend, why not add him/her? Or are you going around stalking people? Hehe

The best way I could see of you doing this is to open up a fake profile under a new email address. If the person you're trying to view the status of is a male then start a fake female profile and vice versa if the person is female.

You'll be surprised how many people will add random people to their friends list! This way you can keep tabs on he/she without them ever knowing or suspecting it's you.

There is a top new social network on the way, by the way, called Global Covenant; you need to keep an eye out for it, it's going to be HUGE! The concept is totally fresh, unique and very exciting!!

If his profile is on private, there's no way you can see his status or any of his information. If it's not private, it should be showing up.
