There is no actual way to see the last time you turned off your computer other than to look att the clock and write it down.

Right click My Computer, click Manage.

Go to Event Viewer on the left, then click System.

You'll see a long list of events.  If you know roughly what time it was, click the one that is:

Type - Information, Source - Event Log (you can sort them by type at the top of the list)

It will say that the event was stopped, and at what exact time. This is when your computer was turned off.

Windows writes the last shut down time if it is a proper shut down. Refer to the URL for more info

You would need to make a specific event before closing down, eg;

going to your home page, you could then check the last time of access

using the history icon, or internet tools on the browser. Alternatively

windows keeps a record of all file modifications, so you could check

on this, if you knew which file or folder you had last used. Youcould go back to it at startup and check when last modified.
