how ? i just wanna know where is she/he talking to me from which country ? without askin them or havin their IP address cause clearly i cant hack

The only way you'll have any clue besides asking of phishing the information is by IP address -- Then you can run a WHOIS on their IP and at least see who their ISP is which would tell you basically the city the ISP is in -- which isn't always going to be the same city they're in.

you can use tracert.  it will trace it's way back to their ip, and show you more or less where they're at.

for example:

tracert 192.168.0.1
