there are state mandated laws for being a teacher.  you will have to have a bachelors and in some states a masters and have passed a test to get licensed.  To be a nursery school teacher you will have to, most likely, have a high school diploma if you want to sub and at least an associates or bachelors in elementary or early childhood education to be a lead teacher or supervisor.  And for god sakes, if youre going to be teaching our children learn to spell and write properly.  Look at your state's webpage for teaching information and each individual nursery school's page under the employment link for information about employment there.
