So basically the question explains it but I want to explain a tad further. I want to learn Japanese in Japan at a Japanese School. While I would prefer a university, just a language education based school would be fine as well. I have located many programs via google searches but the majority of the websites are written in Engrish and don't provide adequate explanations as to what I need to do, costs, whether they help with visas, their ability to provide dormitories or a guarantor, etc. Any help in this area would be appreciated. I also only have a high school diploma at the moment if that is of any relevance.

  1. Generally speaking, it is easy to enter a Japanese language school (private) , yo don't need a bachelor's degree.

In this site they provide information about tuition fee, bed&room, e-mail adress and so on.

This site includes some university-affiliated Japanese language schools. These schools don't  provide a bachelor's course. It is just a language school. Many of these schools are a  pre-school for a non-Japanese who plans to enter a university which the school affiliate with. But there might be some schools which accept other students. (sorry, I'm not sure.)  And there are many universities have a pre-course for learning Japanese other than in this saite.

Nowadays many university accept international students and provide Japanese language tuition.

I hope this site wil help you about a university.
