Hey I am a black belt in tae kwon do (no that that means anything) and I am intensely trying to get the 540 or bolley kick down. I have be trying on and off for about a year. I would like some drills to try that have helped a lot from personal experience and also how you were able to learn it please don't jut say "keep practicing cause I would actually like some help here. Thanks much!!!!!!!!
