How can I learn a lot of words?

If you mean that you want to improve your vocabulary then there are many websites which offer free vocabulary words/help, just google it. Watch more news, read more news and google the words you don't recognise, and make list of new words that you learn and use them in your writing and speaking.

2) read everything you can on that subject

3) look-up new words tn reference to the subject.
