How can I learn about italian food ( menus )?

Im interesting on learning about italian cuisine , anyone knows any website or something . I want to learn because when i go to a restaurant I want to impress the waiters or dont want to loook stupid when ordering or maybe becoming a waitress , so like that I will get hired easier.
