    That's a good site. Also, if you buy Cosmopolotan or Cosmogirl, I'm pretty sure that they have a couple yoga poses in there too.


  2. Hi there

    There are no easy or quick ways to become flexible. It takes a few months of stretching before you will start to see any improvements and constant routine to maintain it once you have it.

    Basically you need to start stretching every day for 5 to 10 minutes. Good flexibility requires good mobility of your spine, hip joints and flexible hamstrings. I have been able to do the box splits for over 10 years and i only do 3 exercises everyday which are

    1.  sitting in the lotus position and pushing the knees to the floor. (to open up the hip joints)

    2. Bending down and touching my toes. (hamstring stretch)

    3. Holding the box splits and repeating the exercise holding it longer each time (hamstring stretch).

    Combine these with relaxed breathing and drink plenty of water and you will be well on your way.

    Stretching should feel uncomfortable but never painful. If in doubt seek advice from your GP or a qualified instructor.

    Daily Routine is key. No gimmicks required! :-)

  3. Personally before I began wrestling, I could barely reach my toes. Four days of wrestling later, I could go an inch past my toes.

    I don't know why. I think i was getting so sore than stretching just felt so good and I became more flexible that way.
