How can I learn to get accents?

Like I want to learn them like mostly a Russian one...

Learn Russian before you sound stupid with fake accent and insult Russian's with it.

First of all 'how can I learn to get accents' doesn't make sense.

I think you meen 'how can i learn accents'.

Second of all you can't learn accents, you can only immitate them and you sound like a noob, you should just stick with your own accent.

There are two answers to this question:

You can get a native Russian speaker to teach you and you will learn the accentuated pronunciation of that teacher.

or

You can live in the native country of the language and eventually you will acquire the accent.  Remember, however, that in any country there are regional accents as well.  For example, in the United States we speak Amer. English but what a difference between a southerner and a person from New York !

Practice practice practice. Listen to lots of different people with Russian accents and imitate them.

Maybe check out a few basic Russian lessons so you can get the hang of Russian language sounds and pronunciation. That will help you understand how to better imitate the sounds and pronunciation a Russian makes while speaking English, as it is our native language's effects on a second language which creates the accent.

Well when my brother had to put on a Spanish accent for a play, he watched movies to learn how to imitate it, especially movies with Antonio Banderas...haha.

I can't think of any movies at the top of my head where the actors have got authentic Russian accents though.

From a neurophysiological point of view(I took that class last semester actually),you can reach a good level with the accent of another language if you learn it before certain brain regions mature,that is before you hit 18-20.If you try to learn the language after that age,you will be able to ,of course,but it will be almost impossible to get the accent of it.

Move to Russia, speak only that language for about 30-40 years, then you MIGHT, when you begin to speak English again, carry an accent.
