How can I learn to kick like a Rockette?

Start by doing the splits and stretching a lot; you'll get there. The rockettes are cool because the do it all together, it won't be as cool by yourself.

OK, so hear is what you do, at equal height with the rest of the rocket kick line, you need to do the following:

1. Kick out and sideways, almost like your trying to get your neighbor, who is next to you. Keep it straight.

2. Kick up (nee up) and do it at the same place but higher. Remember, go at the SAME height as the rest of the line at ALL times.

3. Repeat steps one through two, except on the other side (in the other direction)

4. Repeat all over again until you want to stop, or the music stops.
