How can I learn to read the bass cleft?

Im trying to teach myself how to play the piano but I can only read the top cleft-treble cleft- from playing the violin. How can I learn the bass cleft? Links with excersises would be helpful.

    If you go to their note trainer you can switch the clef between treble, bass, alto, and tenor. They have lots of other helpful theory-related stuff, too. [:

  3. well i dont have any exercises but i can tell you simply the middle line is d and if you practise alot with you bass hand using exercises provided by other people bass clef will be easy in no time
