How can I learn to smile more?

I always have a serious face on

and this girl who likes me stares at me a lot but I cant get myself to smile

its just not something I do alot, unless I laugh

Find something that makes you laugh. Associate that thing with this girl who stares at you. Then every time you see, you will smile.

just make yourself smile-even if it doesn't feel natural, I promise you will get the hang of it and after awhile you may not even realize that you are actually smiling for real! Best of luck!
