How can I leave negative feedbacks on buyer's ebay account?

I am very furious. eBay now stopped sellers from leaving negative feedback to buyers I think. Because of that I had 9 buyers who did not pay for my item slip away from my negative feedbacks. Currently, there is a buyer who bought my item and he has not paid it for week. I really want to leave negative feedback on this guy so bad. Is there a way seller can leave a negative feedback to buyers? If so, how? Thanks for your answers in future.

Nope, they've changed it, which I think is a bunch of c**p. Too many bidders don't pay and you're stuck with this item that you've already paid insert fees and commission on which you now have to re-list and pay these fees again! I know my non-payer percentages have increased since they've changed it! You can file a claim with eBay stating that they didn't pay and they will intervene, but that's about it. Send a message to the buyer that you will be contacting eBay if they don't pay within the next 3 days. Maybe that will be enough to get them pay?

No you can't leave negative feedback now and as a seller myself it's infuriating, it only allows buyers to get away with murder, something should be done about it, you could always leave your positive and then a negative message in capitals. Thats what I will be doing in future!!

As per I know you can still give negative feedbacks on ebay.

Just go in the feedback section of any particular item and leave a negative feedback....

The other way is if you are using payPal payment then go for the paypal payment dispute or ebay dispute issue to get your money....

I'm sorry I don't have an answer but that is awful.  What you can do is report the person to Ebay.  He or She may get their membership revoked which might be better than a possible negative rating.
