How can I lift coffee stains off my teeth?

I have been drinking coffee for years now and my teeth don't look so good. I would like someones help on how to whiten up my teeth, and if you know how, how long will this take?

If you can afford it, go to your dentist and get either a BriteSmile or Zoom whitening procedure . . .you sit in the chair for about 45 minutes to 1 hour with goop on your teeth, and blue-ish lights shining on your teeth.   A tad uncomfortable, but beautiful results.   Expensive, though.

To go the cheaper, but still good, whitenening route, get the traditional 14-day course of Crest Whitestrips.

DON'T buy Celebrity tooth whitener that you see all over the internet.  Very expensive relative to the amount of product purchased, and does not do very much.

You can start by drinking more water during and between meals. Also drink more milk. Pearl drops is a good brand for whitening teeth.

Try Hydrogen Peroxide it is a bleaching chemical which can also be used as a mouthwash.

Use Crest White Strips. I've used them before and i've never had my teeth look so white! You use them twice a day for two weeks and your teeth will look much better.

go to the dentists for a cleaning. it really helps. then start using crest white strips. getting them cleaned at the dentist first will help/
