I'm only 13 and I want to know how my family and I can live in the USA even though my brother sister and me were born in Latin America and my mom in Phillipines?

I have a cousin who lived in Barcelona..but got married to a New Yorker and lives there now (in NY).

But how can I live in the USA without having ot marry anyone?

Is there any other way? .. Money isn't a problem.

I have a friend that shifted to Orlando,FL a few days ago and she lived (and was born) in Latin America..even were her parents..and she didnt have to marry anyone..(she's 14)

Help?

  1. YOU CAN'T. STAY WHERE YOU ARE!!!

  2. If you know someone here, you can come over on a vistors visa. Then once you get here, join the military and get an honorabel discharge. But, you are too young for that. So, for you, right now, it is out of the question. You can try once you turn 18....

  3. There are many ways to move to the US without having to marry anybody, but none are easy.

    Start by browsing this site:

    http://www.unitedstatesvisas.gov/whatis/...

You might also want to read http://www.uscis.gov/greencard and read up on the various ways one can obtain a green card without having a relative in the US.
