How can I locate Helga Heske?

She was living in or around Frankfurt approx.around 1978-1979. Previous to that she was in Stuttgard. Anyone know of her or about her?

Is there an official source that can be contacted, like Arbeitsampt ? Or anything similar?

Her friend Sofia is looking for her.

There is an official source it is called Einwohnermeldeamt

as in Germany all people have to register at the local authorities.

But due to very strict Datenschutz you will need to give them a very good reason so they give out information.

But it is worth a try

There are other people with the surname Heske in Germany...perhaps her relatives?
