How can I look classy and "upscale"?

I am a 21 year old woman and I want to look more classy/elegant/refined, more "upscale"

How does one stand out as someone like this? Does anyone have any advice on how to dress/mannerisms/etc. etc?

which country r u from? if in newyork , go to fifth ave and stand outside those fancy shops and see those pple coming out with shopping bags with a car waiting for them. seeee how some of them dressed.  can u afford it? then go ahead and start buying those dresses etc

in fact u dont need those fancy dresses.  wear smart. not too much frills, not a frock, plain light colors, no big floral or too many bright colors - orange purple yucks! white tops with black bottoms. esp pants.  no cheap looking jeans with lots of threading on it. clothes should be fitting, not tight, not lose. u mustnt be overweight, no belly. nails with skin color.

look at the dummies in macy's, see how its dressed.  

walk with a simple gait.  your facial expression is also important!  the handbag fashion is also significant. if u're not used to hi-heels, avoid it. dont look clumsy /struggling with hi- heels.

If your hair is long enough, put it in a twist or other up swept style.  If your wear short dresses, add a few inches for class. Wear only shoes with clean heels.  Wear light eye color and lip color. Find an upscale resale shop and try the better goods. Carry a small, clean purse.  Don't smoke in public. Never take a picture with a drink in your hands.  Smile.
