How can I look fake in photoshop!??

Hey.. Well I just recently bought photoshop because i heard from someone that it was cool. Also, I have a myspace page and I have seen people with photohopped pictures and they look very cool and like real models. Can somebody please help me and tell me how to look fake in photoshop? I want my plain picture to have the same effect as this picture:

PLEASE help me and give me very easy steps of how to get to the settingin which I can edit my pictures to look like those.

  2. you bought photoshop?! wow, lot of money just to modify that way pictures... i use gimp and keep the money for my big vacation...

    anyway i can't see any special effect in the image...

    if you have a table, you can more easily add some graphics, using the wonderful tools provided by photoshop (or gimp).

    you can use layers and layers mask to selectively change rbightness, contrasts and so on... surely better you read some tutorials about and then start trying... the funny thing about computer is that if you are wrong, you can undo without wasting money!
