How can I look like Nancy Spungen (Sid Vicious's girlfriend)?

My boyfriend and I are going to be Sid Vicious and Nancy Spungen for Halloween this year, but I don't know exactly how to look like her.

Can anybody tell me some things to wear and how to do my makeup/hair?
