Question:

How can I loose 30 pounds in 2 months?

Iam exercising 3 times a day (for 2 hours) and trying to eat healthy but it seems that im not loosing any weight at all not even a pound ;(

  1. loose 30 lbs in 2 months?  it's possible.  And I am sure you know what your problems are.  you wrote, "trying" to eat healthy.  There's your problem.  I bet you aren't eating healthy and you know it.  You are exercising well, now you muct control your eating.  Count your calories, and STOP drinking all soda's and juices.  


  2. When  losing  weight,  you should follow the dual course: exercise and

    diet  together.  If  you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger

    appetite,  which  will  lead  to  increase  of  weight, or muscle grow

    underneath  the  fat  layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without

    exercising,  you  will  become  flabby  and will have excess skin. For

    diet,  go  wheat  free.  No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food

    after  7  p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on

    you  don't  eat  wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey

    cakes,  you  don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your

    calculate  points  or  to  buy special meals or plans. For exercising,

    start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the

    most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a

    lot,  walk  first  or you may have health complications (heart attack,

    disjointed  bones and so on) For targeting your problem areas, check up

  3. to get started no soda drink a gallon of water a day spring or distill no tap water!! or crystal light for your meals.

    Breakfast eat 3 egg whites or oatmeal and a fruit.

    Lunch eat a grilled chicken breast vegetables with light oil 1 teaspoon  and a fruit.

    Dinner eat a tuna or chicken salad / grilled or broil chicken breast with Mrs. Dash on it and a small cut of vegetables and a fruit.

    no eating after 7pm !!

    do 250 sit-ups in the morning and 250 sit-ups before bed.

    Do leg squats against the wall 3 sets of 20 once every other day.

    Walk for 30 minutes twice a day or jog in the house for 30 minutes if the weather is bad out.

    Try this for 6weeks and see the difference only if you really want to loose weight.

  4. Run! ALOT! Cardio is the only best way to lose weight most effectively. If running 30 minutes a day is too boring for you, try other cardiovascular activities that you would enjoy. Basketball, football,  swimming, and my personal favorite, bike riding!

    I went bike riding for about 2 weeks straight, 30 minutes everyday and I lose 5 pounds :) Im now 110 lbs and very content with my weight

  5. 30 lbs in two months = 15 lbs a month = 3.75 lbs a week.

    Yes it is possible but not healthy.

    Why the 30 lbs?  

    The best way is to lose 2-3 lbs a week and it stays off.  That is with a good balanced food consumption and work-outs.

    Don't over-due it or it will all come back... believe me.. been there done that.


  6. To lose that amount of weight I would go on Medifast. You lose 20 lbs in the first month. Added with exercise. If you can't afford that type of program... try the Fat Smash Diet.

    I do the 'Fat Smash' diet which is a book from The 'Celebrity Fit Club', off of t.v.

    I picked the book up at my local library, I love that it is very simple and basically has healthy eating guidelines and exercise. Personally I love it and the first "Phase" is only 9 days... so if you would like to try it at least give Phase1 a chance!

    PHASE 1:

    PER DAY YOU CAN HAVE:

    2cups brown rice

    Yogurt (2  -6 oz)

    1 cup Oats

    Fruit

    Vegetables except avocado and only 2 pickles per day

    No potatoes except sweet potatoes

    3 egg whites and 1 whole egg

    also you can have 3 cups air popped popcorn no butter

    Basically you can eat all the veggies and fruit you want, this is for the first 9 days... I lost 10lbs in 9 days! Seriously I've tried a lot of diets, it's great! You can't look at the scale until day 9, very important. In the first month I lost 21 lbs of doing the Fat Smash diet and wasn't even starving at all! Plus make sure you get lots of water. It made me feel GREAT and I did see a difference. So like I was saying you can eat all you want of the "allowed" items but he does say don't over eat. When you feel full quit eating.

    Here was my first 4 day menu on Phase 1 =)

    Day1:

    BF:Oatmeal (I did use instant w/water added)

    S:2 Tangerines & 1 Pickle

    L:Split Pea Soup

    D:Boca Burger w/ketchup & mustard (no bread)

    Broccolli w/lemon pepper (steamed)

    Day 2:

    BF: Oatmeal w/blueberries

    S: 2 Tangerines & Banana

    L: Sweet Potato Fries (cut fry style and baked)

    D: Can of Corn & carrots

    S: Grapes

    Day 3:

    BF: 4 Egg Whites w/salsa, bell pepper & onion (omelet)

    S: Frozen Grapes

    L: 1/2 can Split Pea Soup, 1 Apple

    S: Apple

    D: other 1/2 can Split Pea Soup & Carrots

    S: Banana

    Day 4:

    BF: Apple Bake (sliced apple, splenda, cinnamon, 0cal butter spray & oats on top-- baked)

    S: Grapes

    L: Boca Burger Patti & Sweet Potato Fries (1/2 sweet potato)

    S: Carrots & 1 Tangerine

    D: BOca Burger Patti, grilled Onions & Tbsp Steak sauce
