I'm 12 years old. 5'4 and weigh 140lbs. I want to loose weight in my inner thighs, but, hips, and calves.
School starts in 2 weeks. I already lost 6lbs. on my stomach and a whole lotta water weight. Please just give me some diet tips and workout steps I can do for each area of my body I wanna loose weight at. Please don't say anything rude or stupid like, starve yourself. I already do that sometimes, but only when I'm not hungry.
