How can I loose a pound a day w/out starving myself ?

I have a trampoline and jump rope so I could exercise with that and what else?

What do I need to do and for how long?

  1. YOU CAN'T! Loosing weight takes time and maybe you just need to eat healthier and Exercise the right amount!  Looks are not everything, although weight could be life threatening, overweight or underweight.  NEVER DO THE ATKINS DIET THAT IS VERY BAD FOR YOU!  Oh and your weight number means nothing... you could be muscular!


  2. Look up the Atkins diet online..You basically eat nothing with carbs. Like literally 0 carbs a day.  You lose 1 lb each day. GUARANTEED. it's really hard though.  You end up eating meat cheese and eggs a lot.  You'll get really creative with foods.  You can have like up to 20 carbs per day and you'll still lose 1 lb.  just remember NO CARBOHYDRATES.

  3. you should easily be able to lose a pound a day or close to that. using the trampoline and jump rope should make it easier. also eat healthy dont starve but eat less. maybe eat a small snack in between dinner and lunch but dont snack on chips from like 2-4 even if you did work out. :)

    Starving yourself is putting weight on. Your body will go into 'starvation mode' and will be putting more and more fat around your body so it can use it later. You also wouldn't be getting all the important nutreins that you need to keep you healthy, which can lead to Anorexia and other evil things >.<

    for safe diets that will keep you fit and safe at the same time. But remember that diet is not everything.

    Limit junk food to 2 meals per month.

    Do 10 starjumps on trampoline (try doing it at the same time every day),  20x on jumprope and

    CRUNCHES ^.^!

    Lie down flat on your back with your knees bent and your feet on the floor.

    Hold your hands wherever you feel comfortable (on your chest or beside your head - just be sure you don't pull on your head).

    The typical crunch is taught by instructing you to simply roll your upper torso forward. This is fine to start with.

    To increase the effectiveness of the crunch movement, push your chest and head up towards the ceiling pushing your lower back flat onto the floor.

    Your anatomy will automatically cause you to follow a crunching pattern.

    Hold at the top of the movement for a second and squeeze hard.

    Start with 10, and than every day as you do them add 5 more.

    Good luck, and again, starving yourself is not the way!

  5. REALITY CHECK: It aint gonna happen unless you starve yourself, are a celebrity and have a personal trainer and a michelin star cheff or you starve yourself

    Or just exercise non stop...of course you'll probably pass out....your choice

  6. There is no way to lose a pound a day -- unless you eat nothing and exercise all day long. Which is not healthy.

    A healthy weight loss is about 1-2 pounds a week. Do NOT try to lose any faster than that or you will make yourself very ill. (And s***w up your metabolism in a big way.)

  7. every other day, do 30 minuites each of one activity. so for exaple: monday, 30 mins of trampoline, tuesday, 30 minuites of jump rope, wednesday, trampoline, etc. Do 20 push ups and 20 sit ups every day.

    remember weight is only a number, its all about how you look. and feel.

  8. Thats impossible to do, any method to doing so is NOT HEALTHY.

  9. your need to burn more than your eat. then you need to burn off 3500 extra calories.

  10. maybe but them you'll end up crashing at the end. but if you have a bike, you could ride around for awhile or if you have a dog, take it on a nice long walk. he/she would love that! you can use the trampoline too. and if you want to lose a pound a day, exercise for awhile but don't over do it. and eat healthier things, like fruits,vegetables, drinking water. but again don't over do it. start off exercising for maybe 20 minutes at a time. you won't lose a pound a day right away but you have to build up your stamina. so everyday maybe add 5 or 10 minutes, and you can work out even while watching tv. when it goes to commertial(?), do jumping jacks or something. don't forget to stretch first or you might hurt yourself. just do anything to keep you up and moving without over working yourself. i can't garuntee a pound everyday but you will lose weight. and you want see it right away. and if you need to, crunches really help flatten out your stomache. thats all i can think of. hope i helped.
