Question:

How can I loose all this weight?

I weigh 225 and height is 5'5, I want to loose 100 lbs. I have tried the grapefruit diet and loose about 20 lbs, but then I gain them back. I have tried Herbal Life, which is great and delicious. But then I slack off and start eating like a pig. I want something more stable. I am going back to my busy schedule, so I think herbal life will be great. But how can I keep from becoming flabby? And what can I eat?

  1. TRY SLIM FAST DUH!!!U CANT B FAT ALL YA LIFE JUST TRY SOMETHING NEW AND GET THE DIET PILLS AND IT WORKS WITHOUT EXERCISE!!

Try eating non processed food,processed food has more calories.Stop drinking soft drinks limit sugar eat wheat bread instead of white,exercise every other day or learn a new sport rest on weekends.Eat only fruits in the morning after an hour eat your usual.Eat chicken breast it has the least fat.Be happy stay positive

  3. i dont know what my dad did because i wasnt really living with him at the time, but somehow he lost over 100 pounds. he was like 300 and now he's like 180... i'm not really sure how he did it. but he eats a LOT of flax seed... and cheerios and bananas and almonds... and sometimes he would fast... and he goes swimming every day... and he was always doing yard work and gardening..

  4. 125 at your height is not a reasonable goal. Shoot for 150 instead.

    Count calories. Use this website http://thedailyplate.com it's fun and easy to use. It tells you how many calories you're eating, how many you have left, and how many you're burning.  

    Above all get your 5 servings of fruits & veg, and your 8 glasses of water every day.

  5. Wow, loosing a hundred pounds is probably way to much, and a bit out of your bodies genetic abilities. Sorry to say, but you can only loose SO much weight, genetics simply doesn't allow it. Also, diets don't work, as soon as you stop the diet you just gain the weight back.

    Eat healthy, exercise, and just accept the fact that you can't be a twig.
