I weigh 225 and height is 5'5, I want to loose 100 lbs. I have tried the grapefruit diet and loose about 20 lbs, but then I gain them back. I have tried Herbal Life, which is great and delicious. But then I slack off and start eating like a pig. I want something more stable. I am going back to my busy schedule, so I think herbal life will be great. But how can I keep from becoming flabby? And what can I eat?
