How can I loose this tooth?

I have an orthodontist appointment in an hour and they are going to pull this tooth, if I cant get it to come out. It is soooooo loose, I know it will come but it is really stubborn. Any tips on ways to loosen it?

Please no Just get it pulled or tie it to a door.

I would put some baby ambosol around the tooth and numb the gums and pull it out.
