  1. Your weight sounds perfect. Particularly as you eat well and exercise. THAT's important. Don't listen to silly other people who aren't doing the healthy thing!

  2. Absolutely no sodas, not even diet, drink lots of water.  Do not snack and eat portioned meals.  Home cooked is always better than fast food.  And for me walking seems to be the easiest and most convenient exercise.

  3. I did this to lose 100 pounds.

    Try it, chica.

Make sure you have at least 1,200 calories a day. Break it up into 6 small meals of 200-300 calories each. Space the meals 3-4 hours apart.

Cadio exercise 5 days a week at least in 30 min. - 60 min. sessions. If you skip one, don't freak out about it. Stay motivated.

Weightlifting every other day! Eat lots of protein, drink only water and Crystal Light Energy, and get enough fiber/calcium.

You may want to consider taking a multi-vitamin and calcium+vitamind d supplement.

    Good luck!

  4. Ok, well dont listen to ANYONE who says eat less.

If you are exercising a lot and not eating enough, your metabolism will slow down, and food will be automatically converted into fat. Also, when you workout you will burn muscle isntead of fat.

The key is to eat  healthy. Have a big, healthy breakfast. (eggs or oatmeal, or yogurt with cereal)

When you go the gym focus on cardio, because that burns fat the quickest. The eliptical, treadmill, and jumprope are all good.

Dont do weights on the same day you do cardio, because to burn fat you have to break down the muscle and then rebuild with less fat, but weights build muscle - making it harder to lose fat.

Do strength training on seperate days.

Dont eat at night before you go to bed.

Right after you workout have a small snack (100-200 calories) this will remind your body you are well nourished, so your metabolism will be running super fast for hours after you exercise.

I am a personal fitness trainer, and i put a client on this routine 3 weeks ago. She has lost 12 pounds already.
